Regional Director

Overview

As a Regional Director at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of clinical programs in the South Central Pennsylvania region. This position requires a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical programs in accordance with the strategic direction set by leadership.
• Manage and supervise a team of Program Directors and staff to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Collaborate with National Leadership to evaluate program needs, develop action plans, and assess follow-through.
• Provide support to leadership in new program development, design, and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a related field (preferred) or Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in community-based agency program management.
• Experience in clinical program management, including designing, developing, and executing funding proposals.
• Knowledge of clinical program development and management.
• Bilingual applicants/Spanish speaking are highly encouraged to apply.
