**Regional Director - Clinical Programs**

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs in the Central Pennsylvania region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the overall strategy and direction of our programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement clinical programs that meet the needs of our participants and stakeholders
• Manage and supervise a team of program directors and staff to ensure effective program delivery
• Collaborate with national leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies
• Develop and manage budgets, personnel, and resources to ensure program success
• Provide support and guidance to program directors and staff to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, education)
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical program management, with a strong background in program development and implementation
• Proven track record of success in managing budgets, personnel, and resources
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance coverage
