Job Summary:
The Regional Director of the South Central Pennsylvania Programs is responsible for the overall management of Behavioral Health and Clinical programs in the assigned region. This includes participant services, human resources, personnel, budgets, and program development issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs within an assigned region according to the strategic direction set by leadership.
- Assist with new program development, design, and implementation.
- Provide support to leadership in evaluating program needs, development of action plans, and assessing follow through.
- Manage and supervise staff in a social services setting.
- Develop and oversee funding proposals and contract services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in community-based agency program management.
- Experience in clinical program management and development.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual applicants (Spanish speaking) are highly encouraged to apply.
