The Power Electronics Engineer, IR&D will be responsible for driving innovation and advancing the company's technology roadmap in power electronics. This role will involve researching and evaluating new technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing proof-of-concept projects to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research emerging trends and technologies in power electronics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans
- Develop and execute proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate new technologies
- Communicate results and learnings to cross-functional teams
- Support production programs and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in power electronics or related field
- Experience with analysis and simulation tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
