Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Power Engineering Discipline Lead to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the electrical engineering discipline and provide technical expertise to support the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to electrical engineering teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain electrical engineering standards, specifications, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to sites globally, including CMOs and alliances, to ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements.
  • Monitor and influence changes in external codes and standards to ensure ongoing compliance within the company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in power generation and distribution.
  • PE certification is a plus.
