Reynolds is recognized as one of the largest community colleges in Virginia, catering to the capital city and surrounding counties. Each year, our multiple campus locations support approximately 13,000 credit students and offer training to 7,400 individuals through the Community College Workforce Alliance. Essential Qualifications:

* A valid Journeyman's license in HVAC with proven expertise in the teaching domain.
* A minimum of two (2) years of relevant occupational experience.
* The chosen candidate must successfully complete the college's pre-employment security assessment.
* This position is designated as part-time adjunct teaching faculty.
Preferred Qualifications:

* HVAC Master Certification.
* Familiarity with instructional technology tools, including the Canvas learning management system.
* Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse populations, promoting diversity, cultural awareness, and inclusion.
