Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Personal Banker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our clients, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Assist clients with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to connect with clients' needs
  • Interact with clients to demonstrate care and build trust
  • Provide options for bank products and services to clients
  • Refer clients' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
  • Ability to educate and connect clients to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to help clients succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet client needs
  • Experience fostering and developing strong client relationships
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with clients and team members
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed
  • This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
