About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Controller to join our team at CIG and take on a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategic direction and planning within our Accounting, Legal, IT, Risk Management, and Aviation divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver insightful performance reporting and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our Real Estate and Capital Market teams to drive strategic decision-making and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure the safety of company assets and business entities.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to the Executive Leadership team.
  • Drive business growth through the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans and budget reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of accounting and financial management experience, with 5-7 years in a senior-level position.
  • Active CPA license (strongly preferred).
  • Profound knowledge of accounting and tax practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
