Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the front desk team
- Implement policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations for all front desk operations staff
- Employee engagement, utilizing coaching, training, rewards, and development to maintain and improve the guest experience within front desk operations
- Participate in interviews, candidate selections, training, supervision, counseling, and coaching of front desk operations staff
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in the direction, supervision, and management of employees in a similar hotel environment
- Experience with guest/customer escalations
