About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Analyst to join our team at The Kenan Advantage Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and utilization of the latest technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement complex new products and services for the business, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Analyze and document current processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address them.
  • Design and document new processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, developing solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • 4-year college or university degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software systems analysis and implementation, with a strong understanding of data retrieval methodologies and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
