- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in operations management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, including air, ocean, and customs brokerage. Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and lead cross-functional teams.
