Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive performance-focused initiatives and projects from design to release for internal customers
  • Balance priorities and strategically plan and direct schedule and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics necessary to drive service improvements
  • Engage with stakeholders and identify the need for decision-making and tradeoff discussions
  • Drive digital innovation as a solution while fostering creativity and experimentation within the organization
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct thorough research
  • Manage innovation projects from ideation to implementation
  • Work with various stakeholders and communicate innovative ideas effectively

What We Offer

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $, Southern California $. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
