We are seeking a skilled Med Surg/Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Denver, Colorado. As a Registered Nurse on our Med/Surg/Tele unit, you will work in partnership with the care team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide age-appropriate excellent care to patients based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
- Perform duties within the scope of your practice and function within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at our hospitals.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
