Job Title: Advanced Practice Clinician II

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Clinician II to join our team at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, education, and support in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Job Summary:

The Advanced Practice Clinician II will provide comprehensive reproductive health care services to patients, including family planning, abortion care, and STI testing and treatment. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide patient-centered care, education, and support. This is a full-time position, approximately 37.5 hours per week, with a predictable schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive reproductive health care services, including family planning, abortion care, and STI testing and treatment.
  • Conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic studies, and provide appropriate treatment and follow-up as necessary.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on reproductive health topics, including birth control methods and cancer screening.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife license in the state of New Mexico or ability to obtain.
  • 1+ years of prior experience in reproductive health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
