Job Title: Advanced Practice Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains. As an Advanced Practice Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, approximately 37.5 hours per week, with a predictable schedule. You will work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and be non-exempt with benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including physical examinations, cancer screening, and diagnostic studies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing education and counseling to patients.
  • Collaborate with the health center team and other community agencies to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in abortion services, including referrals, information, education, counseling, and scheduling.
  • Perform and order diagnostic studies, provide appropriate treatment and follow-up as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife license in the state of New Mexico or ability to apply for one.
  • 1+ years of prior experience in sexual/reproductive healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
