About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our Abatement Services division. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Organize, lead, and successfully complete projects in the region, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Participate in sales and marketing activities, provide critical inputs during the bidding/quoting phase, and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, engage, and mentor HEPACO team members assigned to project portfolios, handle routine personnel matters, and contribute to performance management processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in environmental science or engineering, as well as relevant experience in project management. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite is essential. Additionally, prior experience with Hyland OnBase is a plus.

Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel, working in various environments, including abandoned warehouses, outdoor areas, and potentially hazardous sites. You must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a pre-employment physical examination.
