Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in business banking or a related field
- 7+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
Desired Skills
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
