Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Analyze pricing data from other 401(k) providers to deliver competitive insights for prospective clients.
  • Monitor product requests and contribute to the enhancement of the technological services offered to clients.
  • Facilitate educational sessions and provide insights during various Revenue team meetings.
  • Handle a high volume of inquiries from the sales and implementation teams via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with management to assess processes and procedures for improved team efficiency.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to address client questions regarding plan design and product support.
Your Achievements
  • Foster and maintain client relationships through the implementation phase and beyond.
  • Identify recurring issues and trends, driving process enhancements for lasting solutions.
  • Serve a diverse client base across various geographic locations.

  • Develop solutions for internal teams to manage increasing business inquiries effectively.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity, such as customer support or account management.
  • Prior experience in the Defined Contribution sector is mandatory.
  • QKA or a similar industry designation is required.
  • A strong commitment to client service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with confidence, professionalism, and empathy via phone and email.
  • Composure in high-pressure situations, demonstrating empathy towards clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all communications.

Preferred:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits

At Promote Project, we consider various factors to determine competitive compensation for each role. The base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $90,000, reflecting the cost of labor across different markets. Additionally, this role includes a variable target compensation of $30,000.
