Job Summary

The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) seeks a skilled Regional Program Coordinator to support its programs in Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

This is a full-time position based in Washington D.C., requiring dedication to assisting a large team and its programs, including staff in Washington D.C., field offices, and international consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management deliverables and activities for the portfolio, working closely with the Program Officer and regional staff.
  • Support data collection and documentation practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables from project partners.
  • Monitor grantee, contractor, and consultant performance to ensure quality control and compliance with procurement policies and financial reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings, facilitating discussions and drafting agendas.
  • Collaborate with multiple CIPE departments to achieve programmatic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in International Relations, International Business, Economic Development, Political Science, or Public Policy.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Fluency or advanced competency in Spanish required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative office experience beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS-Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
