About the Role:

As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a critical role in our team by providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will work with pediatric clients in a clinical or in-home setting, collecting data on programs, assisting with parent training, and collaborating with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one care for clients and their families
  • Engage learners throughout sessions using naturalistic and play-based therapies
  • Implement written behavior intervention plans for behaviors with differing characteristics and functions
  • Teach replacement behaviors such as communication, social skills, and building independence within daily living skills
  • Respond to problem behavior calmly through ABA principles and written behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with a client team to provide effective care to clients

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license and current/active insurance
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have current/active CPR certification or be able to obtain before start date
  • Have current/active RBT certification or 40-hour required modules completed

Pay Range:

USD per hour (Colorado)
