Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Operations: Ensure the plating department operates in full compliance with licensing requirements and relevant environmental regulations.
  • Electrical Maintenance: Support general facilities activities in areas of electrical and other areas as required.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform all job duties under the direction and supervision of General Manager.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Facilities Inspection: Inspect facilities and equipment.
  • Janitorial Support: Fill in with light janitorial support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.
  • Vendor Management: Work effectively with outside vendors and contractors.
  • Hazardous Materials Management: Manage the full lifecycle of hazardous containment, usage, and disposal.
  • Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to safety and environmental protocols.
  • Electrical Systems Maintenance: Oversee and manage Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • General Electrical Maintenance: Perform general electrical maintenance.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Be mechanically inclined.
  • Electrical Component Inspection: Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills.
