Job Summary

As a Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience in our Fashion Valley store. You will act as a Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run smoothly. This role is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness: Stay up-to-date on our latest products and brands to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Business Understanding: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Proactive Thinking: Anticipate and address customer needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in store operations, visual displays, and asset protection.
  • Register/Point of Sales use: Accurately operate the register and point of sale systems.
  • Asset Protection: Implement and maintain asset protection measures to prevent loss.
  • Visual Displays: Ensure visually appealing displays that showcase our products.
  • System Skills: Utilize our systems to manage store operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Work Schedule Requirements: Work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, with peak hours increasing during busy periods.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Interpersonal Interaction: Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Fashion Trend Knowledge: Stay current on fashion trends to provide expert advice.
  • Outgoing: Be approachable and enthusiastic in your interactions with customers and team members.

The starting rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
