Assistant Manager, Fashion Valley

The Assistant Manager is a key role that combines business acumen, operational expertise, and people management skills. As a strategic partner, the Assistant Manager drives sales results by analyzing the business and providing exceptional customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. The Assistant Manager leverages their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are also responsible for talent leadership, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. With a promote-from-within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will build upon their initial foundation and have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of our store's organization.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Drives Sales: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless fulfillment across all channels, including in-store, online, and mobile.
- Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment and supervise sales floor activities.
- Store & Stockroom Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes.
- Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Manage staffing levels, schedules, and payroll to ensure optimal store performance.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Asset Protection: Protect company assets and prevent loss through effective inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
