We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chemical Process Consultant to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic simulation solutions to our clients in the Power, Oil and Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, and Chemical Industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Dynamic Simulation Solutions: You will work with clients to identify complex design, operational, and training needs and develop effective solutions using dynamic simulation.
  • Execute Engineering Analysis Studies: You will conduct in-depth analysis of client projects to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process optimization.
  • Technical Focus Areas: Your technical expertise will include dynamic process modeling, dynamic simulation engineering studies, operator training simulators, project management, and development of high-fidelity simulators.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with project managers, lead engineers, and peer engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Writing and Documentation: You will use your technical writing skills to create project documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a related chemical engineering position, including process simulations, process design, process operations, or an equivalent technical role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with steady state and/or dynamic simulation software, process engineering, refinery processes, and operator training simulator systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage diverse workload, clear and concise oral and written communication skills, and supervisory experience.
