We are in search of a meticulous and committed Senior Accounting Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role is essential in delivering precise accounting services, financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Compile payroll documentation, tax strategies, and year-end financial reports.
  • Oversee client depreciation schedules.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to uphold compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities as a Level II Accounting Specialist:
  • Foster and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct financial record analysis for clients.
  • Enhance accounting service offerings.
The Ideal Candidate:

The perfect candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Requirements:
  • A degree in accounting (two or four-year) is mandatory.
  • Experience in public accounting or relevant internships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Accounting CS) and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for managing and inspiring a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
