Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in ongoing self-improvement through reflection and professional growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Education or a related field (e.g., Mathematics, English, Science).
  • Availability to commit to 10-35 hours per week at a designated educational institution.
  • Willingness to engage in monthly training and professional development sessions.
  • A strong desire to support the academic and personal growth of all students, particularly those from underserved communities.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
