Circuit Board Production Coordinator Job Description

X-Microwave LLC is seeking a skilled Circuit Board Production Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working on cutting-edge Printed Circuit Boards and RF components, utilizing manual and automated manufacturing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills. A technical degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic circuits according to engineering instructions and customer specifications. You will also document and certify testing to military standards using approved acceptance test procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with manual and automated manufacturing equipment
  • Performing testing and modifications on product using approved procedures
  • Documenting and certifying testing to military standards using approved acceptance test procedures
  • Mentor, supervise, and assist other technicians

A High School Diploma is required, with a Technical Degree in a relevant field preferred.
