Salary Range: $84,000-$130,000

SimVentions, recognized as one of Virginia's premier workplaces, is seeking a qualified System Integration Agent to enhance our team. The System Integration Agent will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and management of project software baselines deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate CVN IPT WG and ICWG meetings as necessary.
  • Oversee the development and configuration control for navigation systems baselines for LCS and CVN class vessels (or others as required).
  • Monitor the fielding process for the aforementioned baselines.
  • Track GFE/GFI deliveries to shipyards, installations, and the deployment of NAV elements.
  • Ensure certification status is accurately tracked for the baselines.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve engineering challenges as they arise.
  • Engage in weekly SIA WG, monthly SEIT WG, and biweekly DD CHENG Status WG meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5 years of operational experience within the Navy.
  • 5+ years of experience in Navy Ship Integration.
  • Familiarity with US Navy combat and navigation systems.
  • Understanding of the SHIPMAIN modernization process.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with the InformeDB product.
Clearance: A Secret Clearance is necessary for this role. Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
