House Supervisor RN Job Description

Laredo Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor RN to join our team. As a House Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for supervising patient care provided by the nursing departments at a given time, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with physicians' orders and LMC policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise patient care provided by the nursing departments
  • Act as a liaison between nursing administration and various nursing and ancillary departments
  • Ensure provision of high-quality patient care
  • Reflect LMC values in all aspects of department operations

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Five (5) years previous experience as an R.N. in the clinical field
  • Current RN license for the State of Texas
  • Current CPR at hire, PALS and ACLS certification within 1 month of hire
