Billing Operations Manager

We are seeking a Billing Operations Manager to lead our operations team at Comcast Business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer billing.
About the JobThis position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in configuring, maintaining and validating data across our systems. You will develop solutions and procedures to build, execute and test commercial events such as product, rate, pricing, offer changes, or bill messaging. Additionally, you will receive and manage change requests for rates, campaigns and messages from internal customers to ensure they meet governance or operating guidelines.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge and skills in their discipline. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relative work experience and a Bachelor's Degree. In this role, you will:
- Provide project planning, implementation support and direction for billing requests and solutions.
- Analyze, communicate, test and Q/As complex releases and upgrades ensuring zero negative customer impact.
- Lead operations change implementation from planning to testing to execution.
- Support end users and identify problem causes and solutions for billing and operations programs.
You will be responsible for completing complex change requests within the required defined timeframe, incurring no late fees and with no unplanned customer or revenue impact. Additionally, you will coordinate changes with other technology and operational teams when necessary to troubleshoot issues to ensure there are no customer impacts.
