As a Client Relationship Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure all service needs are met, driving loyalty and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities through existing client relationships and assigned leads, contributing to departmental production goals.
  • Analyze client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend customized solutions, enhancing overall value proposition.
  • Prepare policy quotes based on client needs, rates, and coverages, ensuring optimal solutions are presented.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, dependent on experience.
