Job Title: Barista/Cashier - IGC

At CC Holdings, we are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista/Cashier at our IGC Coffee Zone Cafes located in the Indiana Government Center.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Barista/Cashier to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, espresso, tea, and smoothie drinks in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality and coffee.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and smoothie drinks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, ringing orders, and creating a lasting impression.
  • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Act as a role model, provide on-the-job training for new team members, and work with others in a team to support operations, standards, and concept essence.
  • Have the ability to deal with changes, demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, and a passion for hospitality and coffee.
Requirements:
  • Previous barista, cashier, and CSR experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to work as a team, and a passion for hospitality and coffee.
