Position Overview

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our expanding team.

Barista/Cashier Roles are available at our IGC Coffee Zon Cafes. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM / 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM (shifts may vary).

Note: We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

The barista is responsible for crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and smoothies, ensuring each drink is prepared efficiently and to high standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Educating customers about our beverage offerings and making tailored recommendations.
  • Processing transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
  • Restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Compensation

Starting pay is up to $16.00 per hour, plus tips. We offer a range of benefits including weekly pay, paid training, employee discounts, referral programs, paid time off, and options for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401K plans and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications
  • Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a barista or cashier role is preferred but not mandatory.
