Senior Accountant

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join a prestigious organization known for its strong market presence and exceptional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage monthly journal entries.
  • Review invoices to ensure accurate General Ledger coding.
  • Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of external audits.
  • Provide training to new hires on the accounts payable system.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Finance department and vendors/operating companies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Concur and NetSuite is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
