Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our customer financial services division, you will be responsible for managing a team of credit analysts and deduction analysts. Your primary focus will be on preparing and sharing shortages reporting, working cross-functionally to resolve logistical deductions, and leading the reporting of strategic KPIs for the CFS team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share shortages reporting to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve logistical deductions and develop action plans.
  • Lead the reporting of strategic KPIs for the CFS team, including regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Partner with key internal team members to develop and implement strategies to enhance AR collections and deductions processes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to the team, identifying action-based solutions to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of managerial experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, sales finance, credit/accounts receivable areas.
  • Confirmed experience as a Manager of Collections, Deductions & Risk Assessment functions.
  • Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP (or similar system) experience required.
  • Ability to partner with key internal team members and communicate effectively with customers.
