Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field
  • General Contractor or Other Licensure and Credentialing
  • Maximo and SMS or Other CMMS Experience
  • Ability to Effectively Communicate Up and Down the Spectrum
  • Demonstrated High Level of Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Construction Experience in Food Service and University Environments
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Manage Multiple Priorities
  • Proficient in Project Management Software and Financial Accounting Systems
  • Advanced Working Knowledge of Project Scheduling and Documentation Techniques
  • Minimum of 1-3 Years of Direct Project Management Experience in the Building Construction Industry
