We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team at The Century in Century City, CA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems within the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Assist in the implementation and completion of preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to tenant requests and work orders in a timely fashion.
- Assist in the implementation and adherence to work and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- HVAC and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm.
- Flexibility for on-call, weekend, or overnight work as necessary.
- Universal level refrigerant recovery license.
- Strong computer skills and building automation systems experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High-rise building maintenance experience.
- Strong employee relations, coaching, and training skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
