We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team at The Century in Century City, CA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems within the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning properly.
  • Assist in the implementation and completion of preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Respond to tenant requests and work orders in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in the implementation and adherence to work and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • HVAC and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm.
  • Flexibility for on-call, weekend, or overnight work as necessary.
  • Universal level refrigerant recovery license.
  • Strong computer skills and building automation systems experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High-rise building maintenance experience.
  • Strong employee relations, coaching, and training skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
