Software Engineering Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to join our team at Snap Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Operation, Data Science and Engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
- Background with shipping mobile software on iOS, Android or both
- Experience with leading an engineering team
- Bachelors in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
- ~8+ years of experience working in software engineering
- ~2+ years of experience with mobile software engineering
Requirements
- Experience with building low-level frameworks for large-scale mobile software development, such as Compilers, Dependency Injection, UI & Navigation Frameworks, Mobile Databases
- Experience with mobile or embedded performance optimization, such as optimizing CPU and memory usage for mobile
- Experience leading platform teams that need to influence and drive technical change across large engineering organizations
