Recruitment Manager Job Description
At Century Group, we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting top talent and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage and prioritize open job requisitions to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $87,000 to $100,000 per year.
