Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Chef role.
- Extensive background in high-volume, upscale restaurant environments.
- Formal culinary training is advantageous.
- Business education is a plus.
- SERV Safe certification or Food Handler certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, at least 8 hours.
- Comfortable working in temperature extremes, from high-heat cooking areas to cold storage.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching required for stock management and kitchen operations.
- Ability to taste and discern flavors, temperatures, and aromas for quality assurance.
- Capable of working in a noisy environment with various kitchen equipment and conditions.
