Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our part-time, temporary team in New Castle County, Delaware. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients who have recently been discharged from inpatient care, providing intensive outpatient services to support their recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring ongoing progress toward recovery and well-being.

- Provide expert therapeutic counseling to support clients in building effective coping skills, managing stress, and achieving sustainable recovery within a supportive environment.

- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care for our clients, facilitating open communication and coordination among team members.

- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reinforce ongoing recovery and prevent setbacks, ensuring seamless transitions between treatment phases.

Requirements:

- Active Delaware LCSW license required; prior experience in outpatient or similar mental health settings preferred but not necessary.

- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, clinical social work principles, and crisis intervention techniques to effectively support clients in need.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, foster trust, and provide empathetic support.

Salary Information:
