About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Shift Supervisor to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our youth.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of Youth Care Workers to provide high-quality care and services to our youth.
  • Develop and implement daily schedules and activities that promote healthy emotional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a nurturing and supportive environment that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide administrative oversight and support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and procedures.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency.
  • At least one year of experience working with children and/or adolescents in a child welfare setting.
  • Fully immunized/vaccinated (or have a medical/religious exemption) for Varicella, MMR, TdAp, Influenza.
  • Valid driver's license.
