Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at TrueCare, a federally qualified health center recognized for its commitment to patient-centered care. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive medical services to our patients and contributing to the success of our community-based healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and manage chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
  • Active, clear medical license in California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a community-based healthcare setting, preferred
