About the Role:

Enercon Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Supply Chain to lead our supply chain operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the effective and efficient management of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
  • Supervise daily operations of the Supply Chain Team and ensure proper and timely execution of all corresponding tasks.
  • Work directly with suppliers to obtain optimal contracts and pricing focused on best total cost and value.
  • Develop and implement information technology infrastructure to support supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize production risk while maximizing inventory turns.
  • Coordinate with the Product Design and/or Program Management teams to optimize sourcing and integration into the supply chain.
  • Define and implement departmental KPIs, including on-time delivery, stock turns, productivity, and cost trend analyses.
  • Benchmark other supply chain operations and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • BS, BA in supply chain management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience with at least 8 years in a management role.
  • Direct ERP experience required.
  • Proven Lean and Six Sigma experience desired.
