Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to meet project goals.
3. Supervise construction teams and subcontractors, optimizing resource use.
4. Prepare and present project documentation, including proposals and reports.
5. Conduct risk assessments and implement solutions for potential issues.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

9. Address any issues or complaints that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least three years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, focusing on ground-up commercial and retail projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
7. Proficiency in project management software.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
10. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
