Job DescriptionAs an eDiscovery Project Analyst, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with various departments to complete complex projects within tight deadlines. Your primary responsibilities will include managing eDiscovery and litigation projects within the Relativity document review platform, from processing through review and production.
You will assist with administering users, groups, permissions, fields, choices, layouts, views, dashboards, searches, STRs, batch sets, dtSearch indexes, ARM, structured analytics, conceptual analytics, and active learning. Additionally, you will provide reporting to case administrators related to workspace metrics, user activity, or other requested document-based metrics.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Expertise with administering processing, imaging, and productions
- Understanding of administering users, groups, permissions, fields, choices, layouts, views, dashboards, searches, STRs, batch sets, dtSearch indexes, ARM, structured analytics, conceptual analytics, and active learning
- Provide reporting to case administrators related to workspace metrics, user activity, or other requested document-based metrics
- Perform quality checks and detailed analysis on work product prior to document production or additional levels of review
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical or workflow issues that arise during the eDiscovery process and escalate major issues when needed.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM) and knowledge of litigation support industry trends are preferred but not required.
Key qualifications include:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend technical content
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office product suite
- Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive situations and prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines
Competitive salary from $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience; plus performance-based bonuses and the opportunity to participate in our employee profit-sharing program. You will also have access to competitive benefits and flexible work schedule options.
