Heavy Duty Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Overview**
US Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of diesel road equipment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel road equipment, including tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and lift gates.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repair orders, parts inventory, and employee time.
- Schedule and supervise the work of maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient use of resources.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in heavy duty fleet maintenance, with a focus on diesel engines and related systems.
- Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations, as well as industry best practices for maintenance and repair.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
