Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and making product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Meat Department Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat department cases, floors, and equipment.
  • Product Management: Ensure that meat products are fresh, in saleable condition, and properly priced and signed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve job performance and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
