- Investigate and rectify payment discrepancies.
- Advise on accounts that may require further action, including potential legal measures.
- Demonstrated experience as a Collections Specialist or in a comparable position.
- Familiarity with billing practices and collection strategies.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with insurance and mortgage sectors is advantageous.
