Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory results.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Enter patient information into our database with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Valid California Phlebotomy License or application filed with the California Department of Health
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
